It was predetermined that golden objects would gain a strong appeal and a desire for future holders. The film follows the metal on its journey of different transformations, where it becomes an asset, meets, and even joins the body. The implications of gold’s value are being questioned, and speculated on the possibility of its economic destabilisation.
